Our Strength & Balance class is designed specifically for adults aged 60 and over who want to stay strong, steady, and independent.

Held every Monday and Friday at 12pm, each 45-minute session focuses on gentle resistance training, functional movements, and balance work — all carefully adapted to individual needs and ability levels.
